I didn't get anything resolved. I got stuck with what I had and no other explanation was given to me.
I got stuck paying something that was worth 10% now I'm paying 90% more on the electricity bill and I was paying a couple years ago before the Solar panel was added to
Install
Customer service worked out. If you are going to go with them, do a detailed review of contract and have some patience.
The company flaked on finishing up my install for 4 months. Did a lot of BS with what i could save.
Big players. I def should of gone with another company.

Twenty one solar panels were installed three months ago but they were not connected to the local power grid. We have been waiting for the parts and final inspection.

Need Solar Panel connected with FPL
Solar panels have been on the roof for two and a half months waiting on part from Momentum to finalize the hookup with FPL power company. Were already paying for the solar system and nothing is working. Thanks to Arianna in customer service I now have a repair date.

I have a new roof before getting their solar now it's leaking in my children room now going to cost me thousands to fix roof replace floor and ceiling!!! I want my money back and take back your crap solar with it.
I don't want to pay a dime anymore.

I have momentum solar to.
Last year I put my solar, when they told me I need only pay connection charge for my electricity but the last month. My electricity bill is $111.
I call the moment. Im so long now they say blah blah blah blah blah blah

System dont produce enough energy
Im not happy with the company at all .My panels don't produced enough energy and still paying 2 invoice and the customer service is a completely scam The only service who works perfect is the billing department the rest is a completely scam

Need for documentation about my solar connection. My documents is missing so I need a copy of my documentation
Preferred solution: I lost my momentum agreement document so I need a copy of the contract
Bad customer service and inefficient tech support
We have 47 solar panels that dont work, high electric bill is the only reason we found out. Customer service and tech support was awful and kept transferring to other areas.
Now want to bill us for technicians to come out. Panels have been up just over three years.

DFailed inspection to have utility change out meter. Company has rep on site at time of inspection do they are fully versed and knowledges on the fail and why.
The company is still actively seeking to have Eversource schedule the meter fully knowing they cant bc inspections failed. Momentum has zero communication skill
